About the Role
We are seeking a skilled aesthetic nurse injector with 3+ years of experience (Licenced RN or NP) to join our team. The chief responsibility of the position is to ensure that patients undergoing cosmetic and dermological procedures receive exceptional care. Requirements
Uncover clients' needs during consultation appointments while maintaining accurate patient records.
Administer a variety of injectable treatments, such as:
Dysport® injections around forehead, eyebrows, and for lip flip treatments.
Sculptra® injections in cheeks, smile lines, and marionette lines.
The Restylane® portfolio to their designated treatment site and their specific purposes.
Develop treatment plans/schedules within the scope of practice for cosmetic patients.
Give post-procedure instructions to patients.
Remain up-to-date on the latest innovations in dermological and plastic surgery treatments.
Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Requirements
Must have 2 years minimum of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, 3+ years preferred.
Licensed RN or NP with 1-2 years of patient care experience.
Voluntary certification is preferred as a supplement to credentials.
In-depth knowledge of common dermological and plastic surgery procedures.
Familiarity with brands Dysport®, Restylane®, and Sculptra®.
Observational skills to monitor patient status during procedures, as well as attentiveness to perform procedures correctly.
Ability to use the tools and equipment necessary for procedures, provided on-site.
Familiarity with aesthetics management software, AestheticsPro, and ability to update records accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills to help patients feel at ease.
